Blessing later apologised to her fans and showed off her own house which she reportedly completed in 2021, amid claims it belonged to one of her alleged baby daddies.
Blessing said in an interview: “I had been building my house before the Onye Eze (a businessman whose house she claimed to be hers) experience. It was not that experience that motivated me to build my house. However, we can say that experience made me faster at building my own house. It was just the right time; I did not do it to prove anybody wrong.”
In 2022, Blessing came under fire once again for undergoing liposuction on her belly and buttocks after she repeatedly advocated for women to be happy in their natural bodies. She later reportedly claimed that she did not advise anyone not to do liposuction.

Her statements attracted criticism from both fans and critics, including the winner of Big Brother Naija season 7, Ijeoma Josephina Otabor, popularly known as Phyna, who is from Edo State.
In an interview with Punch, Blessing revealed that controversy was a strategy for her.
She said: “Controversy, for me, is a strategy. The reason people pick on the things I say is because they are real. They can relate to it privately but when they are in public, they condemn it because they feel exposed. When I talk about some topics, some people feel naked.
“All the noise and criticism about what I say is just an attempt to cover up themselves. I speak the truth. If it is not, it will not be relatable. Some people always ‘come for me’ because I publicly talk about things that happen in their closets.”
