Gabby began reportedly golfing at the age of two. By the time she was five years old, she was already playing in golf tournaments. According to HITC, her father, Ron DeGasperis, who describes himself as an “avid but average golfer”, influenced and coached her in the sport since she was a little girl.
“My mom also helps me emotionally,” Gabby told The Neersyde in 2021, as quoted by HITC. “But my dad helps me because he knows everything about it.”
At the age of 13 or 14, DeGasperis shot a 64 in a tournament at Plantation Preserve, a record for Girls Varsity Golf, thereby breaking a record at Benjamin School. She is also one out of two students to play Varsity Golf in the school’s 60-year history. The rising star also finished in the top 5 at the 2015 US Kids Golf World Championship in Pinehurst.
Gabby Girl now plays golf at Trump National Golf Club, Westchester, and has met prominent personalities like former US presidents, Bill Clinton and Donald Trump. She also has a net worth of $75,000, according to Popular Networth.
