In 2004, she tied the knot with Michael Gambino, but their marriage was short-lived due to a tumultuous period marked by domestic abuse. This ultimately resulted in Gambino’s conviction on attempted murder charges in 2005.

In 2009, Kramer found love again when she became engaged to actor Johnathon Schaech, and they took their vows on July 4, 2010, in Michigan. Yet, their love story also had a brief chapter, as they separated just a month later, with their divorce finalised in June 2011.

Kramer’s journey to find lasting love continued. In 2012, she met country music singer Brantley Gilbert at the CMT Music Awards and they embarked on a relationship. Things seemed promising as they got engaged on Brantley’s 28th birthday in January 2013. However, by August 2013, their paths diverged and they parted ways.

But as the saying goes, when one door closes, another opens. In August 2014, Kramer began dating Washington Commanders tight end, Mike Caussin. It was a relationship that had a rocky start due to infidelity. Nonetheless, they overcame the initial hurdles, and the couple became engaged in December 2014, later tying the knot on May 22, 2015.

Their love story took a significant turn when they announced they were expecting their first child in August 2015, and Kramer gave birth to a daughter on January 31, 2016. However, the couple faced challenges in August 2016 when they temporarily separated, coinciding with Caussin’s admission into rehab for undisclosed reasons. They reunited the following year and even renewed their wedding vows in December 2017. Their relationship became publicly marked by Caussin’s admission to struggling with sex addiction in April 2018.

The twists did not end there. In July of the same year, Kramer shared the joyful news that she was expecting her second child, giving birth to a son on November 29, 2018. Nevertheless, the couple’s journey took a more sombre turn when, in April 2021, Kramer filed for divorce from Caussin, citing various reasons, including adultery. From September 2021 to October 2021, Kramer dated former Chicago Bears quarterback, Jay Cutler, followed by a relationship with fitness trainer and Navy veteran, Ian Schinelli, from late 2021 to April 2022.
