‘Kounde Going To Signal For Chelsea’ – Barcelona President Concedes Defeat


Barcelona seem to have conceded defeat of their transfer to hijack Chelsea’s deal to signal Sevilla defender, Jules Kounde.
Barcelona President Joan Laporta has recommended that the Blues have gained the race to signal the participant.
