Sienna Rose Diana Miller, born on December 28, 1981, is an actress of both British and American nationality. Miller was born in New York City, and at the age of 18 months, she relocated to London, the United Kingdom, with her family.

She attended the all-girls Heathfield School in Ascot, Berkshire. Her father, Edwin Miller, is an American art dealer specialising in Chinese art and formerly a banker. Josephine, her mother, is a former British model with South African roots. She served as a personal assistant to David Bowie and once managed the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in NYC.

Miller made her screen debut in the romantic comedy South Kensington (2001), starring alongside Rupert Everett and Elle Macpherson. She also starred in High Speed and its sequel The Ride in 2002 and made guest appearances in The American Embassy and Bedtime. Miller had a regular role as the combative, yet caring flatmate of a New York Police Detective (NYPD) detective in the television drama series, Keen Eddie (2003).
