Lotti was purportedly fatally stabbed in Harlem, New York City, by two members of the OG gang. On April 7, 2020, the media reported the discovery of a teenager found deceased in the Bronx in New York City.
The police took two males, aged 28 and 16, into custody on suspicion of their involvement in the incident. Later, they were accused of the murder of Lotti.

The OG, a rival gang, is said to be responsible for Lotti’s demise. The OG and Woo Lotti’s YG gang frequently engaged in creating rap songs that mocked each other. Their feud extended well beyond their shared musical antipathy and ultimately had fatal consequences for Lotti.
